Halloumi from Sheep’s & Goat’s milk

Halloumi is the famous traditional cheese of Cyprus. It has been produced for thousands of years.


This Product is made from sheep’s and goat’s milk and then rolled in wild mint and soaked in brine.


Halloumi has a shelf life of more than 12 months.


Halloumi can be eaten both cooked and raw. You can grill, fry, barbecue and grate it.
